The Spyder Platform can be configured to a customer’s specific needs, utilizing any of Thot’s capabilities. Spyder is a suite of integrated applications for semantic, temporal, geospatial, and full-text detection, transaction, flow and analysis for users to derive value from their organization's data asset. Users can drag and drop data objects from one application to the next for a frictionless experience.
In the Detect module, users explore the semantic relationships among data objects visually as simple data elements. With tags, data types, connections and presentation capabilities, users can visualize sequences of events, filter objects with similar characteristics, visualize the flow of information through networks, and prepare flows for decision and action.
The Connect module brings human centric auto relationship capabilities to Thot’s spyder. In the connect module, users import and integrate map layers and imagery, data elements and track normal as well as geo-located objects and events, and create maps that identify the density of occurrences by type
The Dive module lets power users filter billions of data objects to arrive at interesting subsets for further analysis in other modules, like Clever or Wave. Dive is powered by Thot spyder’s powerful distributed database, which drives interactive workflows on large amounts of data. Similar in design to Apache Spark™, Dive lets users query and simulate billions of objects and receive results in seconds.
Not all user journeys are equal. The transact application puts users in front of their most valuable data and journeys, when they need it, in a way they understand—accelerating the time to transact. The Custom Object Views reduce manual interventions in user journeys and leverages the wealth of the organization's data asset to automatically surface valuable information and action, run relevant searches, display key action and engagement points, and answer analytical questions with the click of a mouse.
